Put the number of teachers on the P.O.; we quote the multi-teacher rate the same day. Each teacher gets their own links.

Department or site

Send the teacher list and grade levels. One quote across programs, one number for the business office.

Not included: sharing files with unlicensed colleagues or posting on a shared drive. Add them to the P.O. instead — the multi-teacher rate exists for exactly this.
