About these programs
The Science of Reading Intervention Program is written for students ages 8 to adult in reading intervention, ELL, special education, and adult literacy classes who have significant difficulty with decoding, spelling, fluency, or comprehension. The lessons have scripted, easy-to-follow directions and need no prep.
The complete full-year program has three parts, which are also sold separately: Word Recognition (phonics, spelling, fluency, and comprehension), Language Comprehension (background knowledge, morphology and vocabulary, syntax, comprehension strategies, and genre), and Assessment-Based Instruction for Tier 2 and Tier 3 students.
Also on this page: the 54 Sam and Friends Phonics Books, decodable stories with teenage characters; the Reading Fluency and Comprehension Toolkit, with 43 leveled articles and modeled readings; and Phonemic Awareness Assessments and Quick Lessons. All programs are digital downloads (no print books).
